ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN PUBLIC SPACES FOR THE PROMOTION OF CIVIC CULTURE

Resumen
La inteligencia artificial es hoy en día una herramienta que está presente en muchas áreas de la sociedad, sirve tanto para escribir ensayos como para programación de códigos complejos, asimismo se aplica para solucionar problemas éticos complejos y crear arte, es decir, tiene un margen de aplicabilidad bastante amplio. El presente escrito propone que se implemente un modelo de IA en su formato GPT para impulsar el cultura cívica dentro de una sociedad que históricamente ha sufrido por carencia de accesibilidad a información pública , esto es conocimiento en las estructuras del poder público y su funcionamiento, mecanismos legales, derechos fundamentales y derechos humanos, mecanismos procesales, entre otros aspectos del derecho, todo ello a través de la inteligencia artificial con apoyo del modelo PLN (LLM) con la implementación de kioscos digitales que faciliten el acceso a esta información.
Abstract
Artificial intelligence is today a tool that is present in many areas of society, it is used both to write essays and to program complex codes, as well as to solve complex ethical problems and create art, that is, it has a fairly wide range of applicability. This paper proposes that an AI model be implemented in its GPT format to promote civic knowledge within a society that has historically suffered from a lack of accessibility to public and common agreement information, that is, knowledge in the structures of public power and its functioning, legal mechanisms, fundamental rights and human rights, procedural mechanisms, among other aspects of law, all through artificial intelligence with the support of the NLP (LLM) model with the implementation of digital kiosks that facilitate access to this information.
